We saw lots of wildlife this summer while we were fishing. Every time we went halibut fishing we saw humpback whales. We played with porpoises a lot in the springtime and early summer. They would come in 20-40 strong and play with the boat. They would jump right in front of us bumping the boat (they like the forward wake). We saw sea lions lounging on beaches and buoys. We saw Orca Whales. One day we saw a mother and her two babies. We watched them forever. It was so amazing.
